When I came home from vacation last week, I came home to a dead computer. I ran some tests and determined that the problem was with the power supply. So I called HP and ordered a new one. I’d never installed a power supply before – but I was able to do it with no problems at all! It was much easier than the hard drives, video cards and other upgrades I’ve done in the past.

Not such a great victory? For a non-mechanical type like me, this little thing gave me a great sense of satisfaction.
